Eldon Community Centre
Eldon Community Centre is a fantastic local resource for the people of Eldon Parish and the surrounding area. It is a purpose built Community Centre on one level which opened in 2009. The Centre has a large hall, dance floor, kitchens (five stars for hygiene) and bar, as well as a state of the art disco and overhead projection facilities.
The Centre is open two days per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) for breakfasts and lunches. Young people’s groups meet at the Centre and there is a Bingo session held on Wednesday nights.
The Centre is available for (and has successfully held) wedding parties, christenings, birthday parties, and funeral buffets. There are occasional live music events and a cinema club is currently being considered. Rates are very reasonable.
To discuss your needs, please contact Diane Pennington on 01388 773309, or call the Community Centre on 01388 775955. You will not be disappointed!
